How are the lawyers paid, and is it fair?

Each lawyer sets their own rate. We go to the market, ask candidates what they want to earn, and take that number as given: there is no negotiation and nobody is talked down. Singularity adds its margin on top, and that total is the price your firm sees.

If a role's budget cannot meet a candidate's figure, we do not squeeze the candidate. We wait, and put them forward when an opportunity has the budget for what they believe they are worth.

Why we price this way

A lawyer working at a rate they chose themselves is a lawyer who wants the seat. That shows up everywhere your firm can feel it: motivation, care with the work, and people who stay. A lawyer squeezed on price is a turnover statistic waiting to happen, and turnover is exactly what this model exists to end.

What it means for your price

There is no rate card, because there is no standard lawyer. Rates move with aptitude, pedigree, practice area and experience, and each figure starts from what the individual asked for. Typical annual figures are on the cost page, and for your specific seat we put the exact number in writing before you commit to anything.

No one in the middle

Nobody is being misrepresented and nobody is being taken advantage of, on either side of the arrangement. The lawyer knows their asking rate was honoured. Your firm knows the price was built from that rate plus our margin, not from whatever the market would bear. It is the same honesty we apply to everything else: if we cannot make the economics work, we say so.
